He is an Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenues, streamlining workflow/Cash flow, evolving effective operational procedures, and creating a teamwork environment to enhance productivity innovatively.

Mr.Pathak donned the mantle of the three Indian pharma companies from 2002 as head of Global International Division / Regulated Compliance, directly overseeing the entire business gamut and has led these companies to their global iconic status despite operating in highly regulated business environments. Under his visionary leadership, the group’s revenues grew manifold and made a significant presence in Regulated & ROW markets across the globe.
